Since 2005, we have provided expert third-party verification of a building’s energy-related system’s performance with the singular purpose to protect the building owner and uphold the design intent of the project. Commissioning can lower operating expenses, reduce maintenance callbacks, and minimize the impact buildings have on the environment.
Beginning in the design phase, we review plans and confirm requirements are met by the project team. We work with the team throughout the life of the project. Prior to building occupancy, we verify installation, calibration, and operation of all designated systems. We train operations & maintenance staff and provide a comprehensive Cx report at project end.

Commercial Energy Audits
We provide qualified energy audits as the first step in assessing the energy consumption of a building or campus environment. The process includes onsite inventory, O&M assessment, and analysis of past utility bills. Your comprehensive energy audit report will include an overview of the current environment as well as recommendations for improvements to O&M protocols (usually requiring no cost to implement), as well as recommendations for upgrades with short-term and long-term ROI payback periods.
